It took me a while to figure it out, but actually all you have to do it take the clip you want - I put it in a new video page thingy so I can work on it - make sure I have no effects on it, then clip the very last frame and move it to the front. Then I just repeat that over - AND OVER D: - until the clip is done.

Sorry if that makes no sense, but it's easier to see then explain -_-"
