  • Thanks for your reply lingo. This problem was soled quite awhile ago. Ended up working out it was a faulty pump, the pressure was simply too low, causing slow flow and superheated water. Replacement of the pump solved the problem, so you guessed correct!

  • A Tech here. Couple of problems: 1-P-stat set too high,2-slightly plugged up water flow jet ( refer to manual for the locations - one at group, and one or two places at flow meter, or clogged tubes. But the water flow doesn't seem to be fast as normal, so the low water flow into a possibly super heated group could cause this excessive steaming. One other thing, if this is being used in higher elevations, the water will tend to come out steaming like this-p-stat is at top of machine
