lol, i don't speak japanese, but cute cat.
i wish youtube(aka:google) had a location-based basic translator incorporated... I don't want to go to dubya dubya dubya dot freetranslations daught comm to figure it all out.
no nippononna, english is a picky language. When you say "take more care" it means that there is not enough care and "more" is required. Please take not - english grammar and context are (from what i hear) harder to grasp than any other language. Spelling too! no offense intended.

She has recovered now. That's a good news!
I so worried about an intractable disease of your cat.
I checked about the illness of HCM: hyperthrophic cardiomyopathy on web sites.
It says that HCM is a heart disease where areas of heart muscle enlarge and thicken, and this disease is incurable because of a problem of a genetic level.
Wow, that was entertaining. Way to fly off the handle about something that was a simple question of curiosity. Had you said what you intended to about the relapse, that would have made a lot more sense and I wouldn't have said anything; unfortunately, I can't read Japanese, so as it was, I was a little confused.
I might, however, try my hand at being a "mean crone". That sounds fun.
very nice cat!

if it's genetic, how can the owner hope to fix anything by "taking more care" of the cat?

I just wanted to say to the owner "Watch the cat who might have a relapse."
I already told that to the owner in Japanese!
You so mean!
