He may have simply been trying to ask a question and used the Jeremy Kyle Show as a term of reference with which to illustrate his point. If the bloke was brought on though and it was made clear that the Jeremy Kyle show was expressly not going to be brought into the discussion, then that's a different matter.

At face value, it doesn't look as if the Sky News reporter's questioning is at fault. He may have simply been trying to ask a question and used the Jeremy Kyle Show as a term of reference with which to illustrate his point. If the bloke was brought on though and it was made clear that the Jeremy Kyle show was expressly not going to be brought into the discussion, then that's a different matter.
