Secondly I think that today most kids in Paris area are non white, maybe not in western paris but yes in eastern paris and the majority of school are in eastern Paris.

in the view of the french government, it's okay to go around the world colonizing other countries, exploiting their resources (guadeloupe and martinique are still french territories, for example).
but it's NOT okay for any of those people to move to france, work low-paying jobs, pay taxes, contribute to french society.
