Being a software junkie myself, I tested the software to see how big or small a learning curve I would have with it and basically whether it would enhance my professional/personal skills. I was blowen away by not only how easy this was to us but how much I thought I knew but didn't.

I think Splash Media U is an awesome instituion for social media training but sometime to really get the full benefit, you need to be speak to a real person which they offer as well! I also playing with the software and could not belive how easy it was to use for some like me who knows nothing about social media.
