The Eagles were also blown out by the Saints. At least the Cowboys' losses have been the result of lead changes in the final minute. Plus, Dallas beat Carolina by 13 on the road, Eagles beat them by 19 at home, not much to brag about. Cowboys have had their fair share of injuries too, with 3 of their top 5 playmakers on offense (Felix Jones, Marion Barber, Roy Williams) either being out or hobbled of late.
From an Eagle's fan to a Cowboys fan, you guys have talent. Plenty of it. However, it isn't being utilized properly to maximize it's potential, thus falling short. You need a better coaching staff. The Giants and Eagles (which I HATE) are both good teams, whenever they play bad teams, they destroy them. part 2: Flozell (dunno how to spell it) is a CONSTANT fuck up. He holds, false starts more than anyone else. But he is as far as I know the highest paid lineman on the team, which is why he isnt benched. Crayton has chronic fumblitious. I cringe every time the other team punts to him. The team HAS the possibility to rise above the mistakes, and they did. We were 1-2 big plays on either side of the ball from being 5-0. I am content, but not happy at 3-2.

ok we lost two games...barely to two undefeated teams . One of them we had some bad breaks the ball bouncing off witten's foot . its not as bad as it seems at all right now . this team has alot of veteran guys now, guys that are committed to winning. This is actually the best ive felt about dallas since the 90's so a long time. because they have gone through alot. they keep coming back. hold on rachel its going to be a very exciting season trust me.
The reason why some cowboys fans wants to fire Garrett is because, sometimes he makes stupid and some just laugh out loud decisions, that sometimes can cost us the game. Number 1 offense dont mean shit if we are not being a consistent or good enough to be a playoff caliber and ill be honest we dont look like that playoff team, we dont look as dominant and as consistent as say Philly or Atlanta. The thing what really bugs me against the Atlanta game is that we had 5 games so far, we beat but struggled against horrible, win less teams while lost to perfect teams (from record standpoint). Atlanta is a 4-1 team who just came of with a very strong win against a much better 49ers then last year while we came off with a OT win against a win less chiefs. So we definatelly need to make some improvements in bye. Also Miles could be our No.1 if he improve on catching some footballs in the endzone

Games go down to the wire every week and if you overcome great odds to win...I get it. But the overwhelming odds that we overcame were penalties, bad coaching, and dropped TD's. Appreciate the win, but know what really happened so you can get better.
This is what's wrong with us...our highs are too high and our lows are too low. We are about to elevate Miles to demi-god status. They were very very nice plays but he was two missed tackles away from being the WR's that dropped three touchdowns....and people would be ripping him. So hold off and take it for what it is. The defence has been real good for 59 minutes. KC or not holding a team to 13 points is good. It's the final minute that's killing us. Denver beat New England and we held them to 10 points for 59 minutes. We could and maybe should be 5-0 at least 4-1 but we're not *sigh*

I think John Gruden would be the best coach, he brings an intense demeanor to the team, look at how good and disciplined the bucs were for the years he was there. Even Shanahan would be good, anyone better than Wade. Also I think they need to look at getting a new OC, there offense just hasnt clicked yet and jason g straight up isnt good anymore. i'm done with this team and its coaching staff more importantly
This team has it head so far up its ass I don't know where to start. The defense might as well just let team score in the last two minutes because its happened the last 3 out of the 4 games and 2 of ending in loses. Still penalties still prove that this team especially the offense still finds a way to shoots itself in the foot, cough cough Flozell Adams. Still, this team has some serious soul searching but in my heart of hearts I wish they could do that but in realty that isn't going happen.

And Miles ... good stats but what about the dropped td he shoulda had on that fade stop ... and then Hurd right after that with the dropped td ... i'm just freakin sick to my stomach

Another week, and another SLOPPY performance by our beloved Dallas Cowboys.
This is REALLY pissing me off. We have such tremendous talent on the roster, but this BULLSHIT, penalty ridden performances have got to stop. NO TEAM in the NFL is good enough to overcome 13 penalties in regulation to win football games against the upper echelon teams on a week in, week out basis. It's like this team at times is taking on the nonchalant personality of Wade Phillips. What happened to I'm gonna change?
Now that I actually watched the video... I have always like Brooking. He was one of the reasons why I followed the Falcons. Ratliff has really come into his own. Emerging as one of the best nose tackles in the league. Honestly, I find it hard thinking of 3 that are better than him. CHOICE! Tashard Tashard Tashard... We need to make sure we hold on to this guy. Plain and simple, he is a beast. He comes through when we need him, and I am damn happy we picked him up in the 4TH ROUND.
Blah Blah Blah McNabb is better than Romo Blah Blah Blah. Well, I would hope so... 2nd overall pick compared to an undrafted player. Hm... Romo does not suck. Watch him play, and force yourselves to recognize what he does well. Seems like all you do is focus on an interception, or bad pass. Yet ignore all the good that comes from him.
Flozell needs to sit...This guy is terrible and over-rated. How much worse can Doug Free be. Romo was solid, Choice was a beast, and Austin was a star. Hamlin...hello, paging Ken Hamlin...can we have some of that money back? 2 minute D is awful...not the first time we've seen this poor effort and even worse it was KC. If the D can not fix this, we are going no where in a hurry...who freaking cares about Offensive issues if the D can't finish out a game.
The Giants barely beat us, the Broncos only won due to sloppy coverage, and tons of penalties. KC was only in this game because of those 2 turnovers, and a MASSIVE amoutn of penalties. We are playing sloppy, and beating ourselves. We honestly should be 5-0 right now. Fuck all of you Eagle fans, I am sick of hearing from you. The eagles have been one of the favorites in the NFC for the past 5 or 6 years. How many Super Bowls do they have?

D plays well? I dunno, guess I've been watching another team. Newman is so overrated. Our secondary is a joke. for Denver and Kansas City to do what they did speaks for itself. Garrett's offense has become predicable and for him to be the next head coach would be a mistake. But still, Wade has to go. We need a coach with balls, unfortunately Jerry won't allow it.

giants put 19 on the d. KC and Denver put up 10. Carolina put up 7. 31points came of Turn overs. Maybe more than that . Thats Just what Iremember. So d is giving an avg 12 point a game. Thats good. The offense and special teams stop turning the ball over were in good shape. Offense gets over 400 yds of total offense. We finish drives well be putting up 20 or more a game.

Eagles are way more explosive than dallas now. Dallas is more of a ball control team now. Garrett does not understand that. Dallas is commiting to many turn overs. If Romo and Garrett can undrstand this dallas well be the best in the division. Dallas's defense has kept them in every game. If dallas starts running 40 times a game its lights out. The Eagles were also blown out by the Saints. At least the Cowboys' losses have been the result of lead changes in the final minute. Plus, Dallas beat Carolina by 13 on the road, Eagles beat them by 19 at home, not much to brag about. Cowboys have had their fair share of injuries too, with 3 of their top 5 playmakers on offense (Felix Jones, Marion Barber, Roy Williams) either being out or hobbled of late.

From an Eagle's fan to a Cowboys fan, you guys have talent. Plenty of it. However, it isn't being utilized properly to maximize it's potential, thus falling short. You need a better coaching staff. You guys should have beaten Denver, and should have absolutely destroyed the Chiefs. Pick your game up, or the NFC East is gonna stamp all over you in the coming months.

Dallas defense is good until they get in 2 min drills. Our D does not have the killer instinct. We make to many mistakes. If we stop turning the ball over we wouldnt have lost a game. Great video and Great point, this was not an impressive win at all. When a good plays a bad team, the good team is supposed to smash the bad team. The Giants and Eagles (which I HATE) are both good teams, whenever they play bad teams, they destroy them. I hope this game puts a mirror up in front of the Cowboys. so they can how they measure up in the NFL. I hope they play a lot better against the Raiders. I think no matter how the Cowboys end up, they should look to Bill Cowher to coach.

I am happy ANYTIME they win, even if its sloppy and horrible. Should the cowboys have rolled them by 20? Yes I agree, but they did play hard, even if it sucked for most of the game. A few mistakes by some does not mean the rest of the team wasn't focused and doing their job to win.

part 2: Flozell (dunno how to spell it) is a CONSTANT fuck up. He holds, false starts more than anyone else. But he is as far as I know the highest paid lineman on the team, which is why he isnt benched. Crayton has chronic fumblitious. I cringe every time the other team punts to him. The team HAS the possibility to rise above the mistakes, and they did. We were 1-2 big plays on either side of the ball from being 5-0. I am content, but not happy at 3-2.

ok we lost two games...barely to two undefeated teams . One of them we had some bad breaks the ball bouncing off witten's foot . its not as bad as it seems at all right now . this team has alot of veteran guys now, guys that are committed to winning. This is actually the best ive felt about dallas since the 90's so a long time. because they have gone through alot. they keep coming back. hold on rachel its going to be a very exciting season trust me.

The reason why some cowboys fans wants to fire Garrett is because, sometimes he makes stupid and some just laugh out loud decisions, that sometimes can cost us the game. Number 1 offense dont mean shit if we are not being a consistent or good enough to be a playoff caliber and ill be honest we dont look like that playoff team, we dont look as dominant and as consistent as say Philly or Atlanta. Hopefully we will make some adjustments and become better team, i really hope so.

The thing what really bugs me against the Atlanta game is that we had 5 games so far, we beat but struggled against horrible, win less teams while lost to perfect teams (from record standpoint). Atlanta is a 4-1 team who just came of with a very strong win against a much better 49ers then last year while we came off with a OT win against a win less chiefs. So we definatelly need to make some improvements in bye. Also Miles could be our No.1 if he improve on catching some footballs in the endzone

Jason Garrett SUX as the offensive coordinater and our defense can't tackle. All those penalties really piss me off. Jerry had better start looking for a new coach...Gruden would be better-even Parcells. At least there was discipline then and he can bring Sporano with him. This season sucks so far and we haven't even gotten to the tough scheduled games. So far Jerryland has turned out to be the "saddest plane on earth" Them players better WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE.

All of our big plays came from Scabby Piscatelli and his boys making mistakes or those two missed tackles yesterday. That along with our players stepping it up on the field. But the Colts, Saints, and Giants break people's will. I ain't really happy until we start doing that. Let's blow someone out first.

Games go down to the wire every week and if you overcome great odds to win...I get it. But the overwhelming odds that we overcame were penalties, bad coaching, and dropped TD's. Appreciate the win, but know what really happened so you can get better.

This is what's wrong with us...our highs are too high and our lows are too low. We are about to elevate Miles to demi-god status. They were very very nice plays but he was two missed tackles away from being the WR's that dropped three touchdowns....and people would be ripping him. So hold off and take it for what it is. We played to the level of a horrible opponent.
Appreciate the win because we have our first real explosive offense coming in that'll drop 40 on us if we are not ready.

fellas, what do you have to impressed about. They haven't won a playoff game and missed the playoffs last year. Cowboys are entitled nothing. They have to get their wins anyway possible and that was a good win. As long as the players are content with the win that is all that matters, because nobody is in the locker room except those players. Everybody needs to calm down a bit and stop looking ahead to playoffs or dare I say it, SB. This is one game at a time. Standing will take care of itself.

me either. not impressed at all. felt like i was watching a pop warner game. i thought wade phillips should have been fired after that game. if you are phillips you have to rip your team. the mindset is ok we can play this bad week after week and get lucky and come away with a win. this game made me sick. 4 offsides penalties on one drive. omg wth is that? they need help badly. wade has to go.

I completely agree. It was sickening watching them jump around, smiling as if they'd just won the Super Bowl. A real coach (not Wade) would have ripped into them after the game instead of clapping it up with them.

I'm gonna enjoy this win cause if they keep playing like this it might be a long time before we get another.
I think we all need to greatly lower our expectations when it comes to this team, deep down we all knew once it was clear that Wade was coming back that it was the start of a 2 year offseason.
I'm really happy for Miles he took a lot of crap last week for Romo's pick so if there's anything good to take away from this it's that at least someone stepped up in the face of adversity

Our players need some discipline!! Have you ever seen Wade Phillips get on to a player for anything?!??!?!? Not once! We had so many penalties in this game, not to mention every other game as well, and I have never even seen Wade get pissed off!! Am I the only one screaming at my TV bc Adams gets 5 false starts a game and 3 hold/tripping calls? And thats just one player! On defense we had an offside penalty on 4out of 5 plays at one point! Ridiculous! We need discipline, and Wades not doing it!

The defence has been real good for 59 minutes. KC or not holding a team to 13 points is good. It's the final minute that's killing us. Denver beat New England and we held them to 10 points for 59 minutes. We could and maybe should be 5-0 at least 4-1 but we're not *sigh*

Yeah I agree. Not that impressive besides Miles. Think about it Miles had that impressive game, and we still only beat an 0-4 team in O.T. If that was any other team( winning team ) we prob would have lost. Plus look at what the Falcons did to the 49ers D. However, its good that we won and miles did well...

Well, Golden when our defense and ST give up turnovers it puts the D out on the field. Our D isn't as bad as it seems. In fact, that's been a strength, along with running. However, the Wrs need to get out of their breaks, vs a winning team!
Although with our safeties hurt, and they were not the nest to begin with I see your point with our dbs. Also, last week might have not showed ppl but this week showed the broncos are for real. We lost to a good team last week and marshall showed up to.

Yes, not impressive, but still a win. And, do you realize, as pointed out by another, we are only a few plays from 5-0? Good teams struggle and win some/lose some. Great teams find a way to win. So, we are closer. No one has blown us out. A little rhythm was established. Take off the 10 points for turnovers, and the game is never close. We must eliminate turnovers. Still, this time, we overcame them to win. However, we put too much talent on the field for this type of game: WADE MUST GO!!!!!!!!

I totally agree. I was starting to get a bad feeling and then we couldn't stop them on 4th and long geeeeeez. Love the big cat, loved Miles in this game but WTF. I was sweating KC Huge at the end of the game. It was like a season. We were strong but when we needed to get the win we let them score a TD. Thank You miles for stepping up. Romo is still missing guys. Defence is good for most of the game but falls apart and end of regulation. Cowboys r on Life Support. Cut Flagzell Adams.

I think John Gruden would be the best coach, he brings an intense demeanor to the team, look at how good and disciplined the bucs were for the years he was there. Even Shanahan would be good, anyone better than Wade. Also I think they need to look at getting a new OC, there offense just hasnt clicked yet and jason g straight up isnt good anymore. Ever since 2007 dallas hasnt been that dominant, ALL THE TIME!!!

I didn't like that even after getting the TD with TC we went back to Barber, I like Barber, I pick him over Julius anyday, but when Barber is hurt, and Choice is running WAY better than him, why don't we throw Choice in. (Side note: I just realized that I'm restating what Crushfire24 just said)
And I think we need to start Austin, maybe he's the guy we need for us to pick up some wins.

Whoever the new head coach is for next year rather it be Mike Holmgren, Bill Cowher, or John Gruden, I hope that this new coach would make this team miserable like they lost this game instead of being happy they won. That's the difference between a good team where they make very few mistakes and an average team like us is discipline. If a Jimmy like coach were here he would be making Flozell run until he was puking up his own lung. Wade Phillips would never do something like this.

Well, this my point of view. We saw a sloppy Cowboys team that shot themselfs in the foot plenty of times, and bounced back. Im sure our Cowboys learned alot today. There were some impressive plays. I want to see Williams and Austin on the same line up more. Believe it or not, if Cowboys played mistake free in every game, we will be 5-0. We have to simply CLEAN OUR MISTAKES.

This team has it head so far up its ass I don't know where to start. The defense might as well just let team score in the last two minutes because its happened the last 3 out of the 4 games and 2 of ending in loses. Still penalties still prove that this team especially the offense still finds a way to shoots itself in the foot, cough cough Flozell Adams. Still, this team has some serious soul searching but in my heart of hearts I wish they could do that but in realty that isn't going happen.

Another week, and another SLOPPY performance by our beloved Dallas Cowboys.
This is REALLY pissing me off. We have such tremendous talent on the roster, but this BULLSHIT, penalty ridden performances have got to stop. NO TEAM in the NFL is good enough to overcome 13 penalties in regulation to win football games against the upper echelon teams on a week in, week out basis. It's like this team at times is taking on the nonchalant personality of Wade Phillips. What happened to I'm gonna change?

Now that I actually watched the video... I have always like Brooking. He was one of the reasons why I followed the Falcons. Ratliff has really come into his own. Emerging as one of the best nose tackles in the league. Honestly, I find it hard thinking of 3 that are better than him. CHOICE! Tashard Tashard Tashard... We need to make sure we hold on to this guy. Plain and simple, he is a beast. He comes through when we need him, and I am damn happy we picked him up in the 4TH ROUND.

Flozell needs to sit...This guy is terrible and over-rated. How much worse can Doug Free be. Romo was solid, Choice was a beast, and Austin was a star. Hamlin...hello, paging Ken Hamlin...can we have some of that money back? 2 minute D is awful...not the first time we've seen this poor effort and even worse it was KC. The Giants barely beat us, the Broncos only won due to sloppy coverage, and tons of penalties. KC was only in this game because of those 2 turnovers, and a MASSIVE amoutn of penalties. We are playing sloppy, and beating ourselves. We honestly should be 5-0 right now. Fuck all of you Eagle fans, I am sick of hearing from you. The eagles have been one of the favorites in the NFC for the past 5 or 6 years. How many Super Bowls do they have?
