actually this is copying rockband. harmonix started guitar hero then handed it over to neversoft after ghii. this gh i think is copying rockband cause they took the idea harmonix had with creating a full band. its guitar hero not DRUM hero. but dont get me wrong i like both games and theyre really fun.

You do know that the developers of Rock Band are the same developers that made Guitar Hero. Plus Guitar hero is just a guitar version of Dance Dance Revolution.

true it is similar to rock band but the thing that makes it better than rock band is that you can create your own songs. but it kinda sucks that they changed the drums cuz i have rock band drums and i really dont wanna buy a big new drum kit taking up space..

This is a copy of rockband just better since they saw rock band they copied and just wanted to make it better i have rock band and want ot get gh4 but i prob wont when its mostly the same thing except different drum set but over all the feel of the drums is completely different in terms of feel height and size to a real drumset

alright people guitar hero WAS made by the same creators of rock band which is harmonix and then harmonix broke off of guitar hero before number 3 because they wanted to pursue other ideas

these will be 400x more fun to play

it seems that the drums look really compact..which is good and bad...

it just seems like when ur playing all the pads will be right next to each other and not wide enough apart to really ROCK OUT

i dont think it could be seeing how the guitar hero drum charts would use 5 pads and the bass pedal, while the rock band set only has 4 pads and a pedal

I had a chance to play rock band at my friends house (only other experience was demo version prerelease in bestbuy with no basepedal) and I was quite dissapointed.

We played a few songs I knew very well and I just couldn't get it right. It didn't help that I had no experience on them..but the fact that I'm a real drummer and I knew the song should mean I don't get too confused. Rock band is like trying to rock out to a hardcore song with no cymbals..lame, and doesn't feel right

omfg they need to make the fcking plastic poles holding up the symbols thicker or more durable cause they look like they snap really easily

and also they need to take note from rockband

then should try and fix the problem where the red and green drum snaps off from continuous hitting.

they better fix it. or its just gonna be another rockband drum replacement nightmare allll over again!
