I would action the train operator with the countries largest Tort case. How would this not be a slam dunk win? This is in Tokyo, Japan & yes it's very true!! I just experienced it for the first time this week while on vacation in Japan. My 7 year old daughter was almost crushed to death in the train and I had a difficult time trying to protect her. People were trampling on us like a heard of Rhinocerous!!
