I'm sorry but BFBC2 is a disgrace! The single player is horrible - it's only there so that it won't be a purely MP game but the SP is just not done correctly, a half-a ss job. Missions are very, very boring, enemies spawn next to you. Pretty much as soon as you arrive in a new area enemies will spawn in front of you. And will keep spawning until you go to the next section. At least previous BF games used to hide enemies spawning...

@kotapaka Strange. No such thing ever happended to me in BC2 (Retail version). I often use the Sniper weapons to clear out camps before advancing and at no point encountered endless respawns. In the Coop-DLC maybe, i dont have that. But the Singleplayer? Never.

Battlefield Bad Company 2's Multiplayer is dead. At least in PS3 version. I barely find a game to join in with full teams. There's like 2 - 3 players a team, and that's not a very good thing. Guess Battlefield 3 took all the players from Bad Company 2 to there.

@XJVHS I 100% recommend Battlefield 3. It's quite different from BC2, but you soon get used to it. Oh, and the BC2 campaign is pretty damn good. The story isn't particuarly gripping, but who cares when you can destroy ENTIRE BUILDINGS WITH A GRENADE LAUNCHER!?

Battlefield 3 is horrible. I played beta and rented the game for wednesday and thursday and returned it on thursday. I have to say this game was overhyped bfbc2 looks better to be honest and MW3 is looking way better seeing all the new things they brought and if you say its the same as mw2 you are wrong lots of things were added to it that i dont even think this many things were even added to bf3. The reason why i enjoyed this game more than COD is the same reason i played Halo3 over COD. TEAMWORK! In COD I couldn't care less if my team lost. In this game and Halo 3, you wanted to win and when you worked together with three or four teammates to accomplish the objective you got a great sense of accomplishment. In COD, if I died i was pissed off. In Bad Co 2, i was cool with dying if it helped the team or the greater objective. Not to mention the absence of irritating 8yr old kids...win.

@pitkane100 the problem with MW2 is that it is just repetitive i mean MW was a great game and MW2 is just living off that fame rather than creating its own MW3 might redeem it but they are going to have to eventually do somthing new or a new engine or something. Look at BF3's graphics (admittedly graphics doesn't make a game but it plays a part) the graphics are beast in the beta and that is what they call medium...so MW3 is going to have to step it up.

I stopped playing because one match would fell like 2 hrs and just might have been that long, the maps are ridiculously too big. A couple it takes 2-3 minutes just to get to where the enemies are and then die to do it again. The weapons feel like plastic toys and do as much damage. Sniping is a joke, the zoom hardly helps at all. Then theres helicopters, oh god the helicopter people. Unless you happen to have a certain specific turret that can shoot one down your fucked the whole level.

1) It's not 2 hours, tell your team to go after the objective and tell them to stop camping like pussies

2) it's called Vehicles stop bitching about it being to big, it's called Spotting press the Select/back button on your controller to know where they are.

4) work on your Engineer, and use the bloody tracer dart until you get the last missile launcher, to manually target it

@tavi921 Yes, Risen really was great. What with it's heroic story missions including sweeping around a compound, not knowing WHERE to sweep.

Or it's more probable that a game that is actually fun to play (MW2: single player only, Halo, BC2: Online only) should get a high score. Whereas a game that is buggy, dark, pathetic, exhausting to play, and tedious should get a low score.

@crazyinsane500 he chose on purpose, i bet, the xbox version which is significantly lower quality than the pc version, just to bash this game. the xbox version has many more problems than the pc version, most notably the graphics. on pc it looks gorgeous and so is the gameplay. but from that review my opinion is that risen is a shitty game because you have to sweep some dust. get fucked joe!!!

@tavi921 While the PC port may have been good, the console port was horrible. And since AJ is pretty much a xbox reviewer, with the exception of certain anticipated PC only games. AJ would review the xbox version, just as he is one to do, and it turns out that the console version is horrible. And that says ALOT about the company that wouldn't even take a glance at the console part and just push it out. I haven't seen anyone clamoring for the game, so it makes no sense for the rushed port.
