By law, she was allowed to make a phone call. Secondly, if you have injuries, they are required to treat them and they wouldn't let her see anyone. THAT is completely out of line, and no matter the story before hand, those officers still brutally violated her.

By law, she was allowed to make a phone call. Secondly, if you have injuries, they are required to treat them and they wouldn't let her see anyone. THAT is completely out of line, and no matter the story before hand, those officers still brutally violated her.
