Like Barack did at several points in his career when he was caught making contrary statements. It would be easier to pay off certain officials within our borders than everybody outside our borders. We have Hawiian officials contradicting each other which means someone had to be bought off. Until a birth certificate is produced, neither side can prove it's case, however, the most unbiased sources seemingly point to a Kenyan birth. The Weekly Standard in 2004 named him "Kenyan born Obama", this is before he was running for president so there was no bias. Also, the Kenyan Parliament, the Kenyan ambassador, Obama's Grandmother, and Mamar Khadafi all said he is Kenyan born.

If you are from Hawaii and you order a copy of your birth certificate, the green COLB (just like Obamas), is what they give you. I was born in 1960 in California. I ordered a Certified Copy of my original certificate of live birth. The State put on an official seal. There are signatures of the mother and father and the doctor. It is typed using a typewriter. It looks like a b.c. not a computerized fake.

So, you're not from Hawaii? The process varies State to State, as does the form that is used for each States official birth certificate.
In 2001, the Hawaii Dept of Health had all their vital records converted to electronic form. They no longer issue "long form" or photocopies of paper birth certificates. The COLB that Obama has is a valid, official, State issued, Certified birth certificate that serves as prima facie evidence that Obama was born in Honolulu Aug 4, 1961.

Just last year, Hawaii decided not to issue long forms any more. But during the time that Obama was born they were still in existance. You could also just have a family member go down to the county office an apply for your child to become a US citizen. His mother wouldn't want him to miss out on all the benefits of being a citizen now would she.

@recompa2 Zero got into trouble when he amended his birth record in 2006. We know this from requests to HI Dept of Health. (It seems he has an incomplete filing on record). You see, he needed to get a short form, certification of live birth, like the image he posted online, that says "born in Honolulu.. However, if it was real, a note of the amendment would clearly be there. Oops. That means further review of his record; hence the forgery, which is why he never even submits it in court.
