i knew about this a LONG time ago! halo 3 tricks is awesome, but really this is pretty simple. when you throw a plasma grenade(any works i just prefer plasma) quickly go to monitor form before your character gets to actually throw it. switch back at any time and your character will toss it. try using this on one of your friends. and everyone thought the monitor guy was harmless... it makes for an excellent surprise attack!
