Well, whatever happens, those of us outside Va. are thankful this morning that this guy will never be President, after last night's historically bad keynote address. Amazing how quickly the Dems are burying it in the memory hole, LOL.

Mark Warner is a liar, he definately raised taxes more than any other time in the history of Virginia and he never did finish the phase out of the car tax as he said he would here. The car tax (personal property tax) would have been completely phased out by now, Governor Allen started the phase out, Governor Gilmore continued it and it was 70% phased out when Warner came in and not only stopped the phase out but turned it around and started phasing it back in, it is rediculous what he did.
