So far this is the biggest Lean and Green Hit! I served it when my family came for dinner and they couldnt believe it was "healthy" meal (except for the tortillas) My husband does Medifast once in a while and I just follow all your recipes for dinner....when i told him I'd make fajitas tonight he said "THOSE ARE MEDIFAST FAJITAS??? THERES NO WAY! YOU DON'T PUT ANY SALT IN THOSE?"
