you think bieng 16 is an exuse for having a tight budget? i am 17, and i earn £400+ a month, and really, you need to stop posting stupid comments on youtube, who cares about the "quality" of peoples videos? atleast they took the time and effort to upload, and that makes them happy, and you think going around slating peoples videos is good? well maybe you should look at your own, and focus on yours more, and let other people do thiers.
