Bad movie.. Bad acting.. Bad story.. So is this hunter guy The Terminator or something? I mean.. He gets shot in the chest with the deadbolt of that door in the hotel room from like 5 feet away and just gets up and runs away.. THAT WOULD KILL YOU!.. He just shows no pain and no emotion. When he blew the first one off the wall earlier in the movie it left a dent in the woodwork across the room... And somehow it didnt even hurt this guy?.. Plus he find a couple mill in a case and shows no emotion.

i also have to admit, this movie has one of the most suspenseful cat-and-mouse chase scenes ever.

we rented the movie just the day before and initially i was very distraught with the ending until i calmed down, looked over the last parts again & got some kind of understanding that they're leaving it up to us to take the clues to figure out the ending.

tommy lee jones' character feels left behind but was smart enough to realize it was better to leave the case alone. it was a no-win situation as *spoiler* Josh Brolin's character found out.

While I can't say I loved the ending, I don't hate it the way many people do. To me, the ending was like life, since life often doesn't have a happy, or even an understandable, ending. I think the movie is brilliant and deserved every award it won and all the awards it didn't win.

Couldn't disagree more. This movie sucked most heinously. From a disorganized plot, to a story line that just doesn't make sense, this movie was like watching your kid become a gay elvis impersonator, you're left asking yourself what on earth just happened.
