we live in WI and just put our last signatures on our paper work and are now just waiting to get our license in the mail! Our process has taken about 14-15 months from start to finish and we are now a waiting family. Usualy in the state of wi it takes up to 6 months to get placed with a child once licensed but i know every state works diffrent. Good luck on your journey!!
