for me moonsaults are hard to do cuz when i always try em i get a crossbody for some reason

@alien123pred Its because you turn your head to look where you'll end up, and by the laws of physics, the body follows where the head leads. Moonsaults are true backflips in that the feet come over the head without the head turning to face the target... What a lot of people end up doing is more of a Twisting Cross Body because their head turns to face the target before they leave the turnbuckle. Don't feel bad. Its common and a hard habit to break.

That having been said, some of the shit that the women in Japan do is genuinely crazy, regardless of who it's compared to: whether male or female.

My knowledge of Joshi is pretty much limited to YouTube, but if that's anything to go by, then the innovation and sheer brutality is fucking amazing. It's good to see that there's indie chicks wrestling springing up and kicking genuine ass in the US.
