In the desc, it says they clonded her or something, so 1. if shes a clone, im pretty sure they could change any hair/eye colors easily, and 2. if shes still alive, and a clone of her died, i'd dye my hair to prevent them from know it was me(since alot of RE girls have a sameish face, itd be hard to tell)

they didnt clone jill. wesker took her body and removed the antibodies from her which caused her hair to turn blonde and made her super human but he added this thing to her chest so that he can control her. i assure you, its the real jill, not a clone

He didn't remove the anti bodies, he activated them by putting her in the tank and then placed a device to control her, because when he just placed the virus thing in it only lasted for a while because of her antibodies so he place the device so it continued to inject her...
