@RebelSweetPea It's not that hard .. Real easy, I used to down pick everything .. Now i alternate pick it which is 10 times easier .. Just practice. That's all it takes!

@Tswolfguitarist On the clean part (switched down) i just turn down the volume as low as possible so you hear a clean as possible sound, and on the distorted part (switched up) I just have it all the way up. If that makes sense to you hahah xD
