It's very sad to see somenoe got jailed for so many years for chewing Kat. In my understanding it's obvious that this is not about Kat, this happened after 9/11 when Muslims were being opressed to such extent that they couldn't fly or even get to the airport. So, am not surprised that this guy was given ten years like he murdered someone. I hope this brother comes out and reunite with his family, most importantly his kid.

This is just crazy. This Somali brother is jailed for 10 years for chewing Khat and therefore missing his child and family. What has he done wrong? This is a violation of basic human rights.
