  • 2) It seems from from the stuff I have watched and heard, that stuttering is much worse when people are under pressure to say things quickly? The GP I see is new and I have still not gotten used to her yet, and trying to remember all I need to say I find hard and then there is more and more people cueing up behind me! If you can get a chance to read the intro' to my stuttering list and have any suggestions I would be grateful.

My sincere best wishes for you and your B?F,

    mrbluenun

  • 1) Hi and I hope you do not mind me using you name Alice?

You have a load of stuff on stuttering, and I just want to tell you I have put a whole lot more stuff on stuttering on my channel. I listed it as "A Stuttering problem", so it is the first list on my stuttering. OK?

I would not 'class' myself as a stutterer, because I do not stutter all the time. I do stutter at the doctors, which makes things awkward because she only gives me 10 minutes to talk which makes thing worse! LOL! > > >

  • Hi spazzyme,

I just want to visit your site cos' it's been a while you know?...........

Congrats, if I have not already said it on the Interview and the job. The way to go!

The way you look sort of chilled, and added to the other nice stuff like the BOYFRIEND!...... and the job, and the interview, and the new flat, all in all a whole lot of socially interactive stuff you have managed, and have to I guess?

But chillin' as you do is going to relax you and the problem does go away a little!

    Bye

  • Way to go Alice:) Congratulations for getting the job & the new place, & hats off to your other half for graduating!

It's great that your stutter isn't getting to you as much anymore! I'm pretty much the same way. Although there are still times when it gets to me, I am definately handling it a lot better than I was. I just try & get on with things as best I can & not let it bother me.

    All the best...Jon.
