I would have it on overnight. I don't think 2 hours is really enough, for it to penetrate, into your hair, and hair roots.

my hair is super fine and thin. and it also gets oily pretty quick, my mom says it hormones, but i don't know? what i would like to know is if the avocado and olive oil would still be good for my hair type. i have both of those and im really eager to try this but im kind of hesitant. thank you

little tip...wrap a hot towel warmed in the microwave over the shower cap. this will open up the cuticle so it can get into the hair shaft..awesome video!
