I wish I had a brother like Eric. I don't have any actual brothers, so my cousins stepped in and they grew up telling the world they were my brothers. But pretty soon..all of my "brothers" left without an explanation or a goodbye, and they definitely didn't go to college.

@prepsloveme I agree. I went to a community college after graduating high school. I went there for a couple of years to get my general education requirements out of the way and then I transferred to a university was able to focus on my major all 4 years.

Some people think it's best to go to a community/jr. college for your general education requirements and then to a real college for your major. It may take a little longer but it's easier than cramming your ged and major together in 4 years.

I never liked this episode. Topanga was definitley too old for camp and Eric had nothing to feel guilty about and why wasn't Shawn going to be around and Cory shouldn't have been complaining and just watched television like any other teenager would've done.

@Buffy8Fan But would you really want to sit around and watch television for 2 months? Let's face it - Corey doesn't have that many friends. So, the fact that his brother, girlfriend, and best friend were leaving for two months would have been really hard for him. What else is there, really, for him to do? Hang out with the teachers, pretty much.

I agree I always hated fighting with my siblings. I also remember how I felt when my big brother was going off to college, I hated the idea of things changing so I clung to all of the moments I could get with him. Later when I went off to college I was at least able to understand how my little sister felt watching me get ready and leave.

Great show. Im glad they are showing the series again on ABC Family. And this fall, Lionsgate will release season 4 on dvd! I grew up watching this show. I saw every episode as they aired. Best television show, ever. None better.

watching these episodes again, and this one especially, makes me really depressed because it really reminds me how GREAT, how FANTASTIC, tv used to be. I mean, this episode just made me CRY. what show can make me care enough about the characters to do that now a days? not very many. and not as hard. oh '90s, how I miss you so.
