You mention asking the "right" questions, but don't really give us the right questions to ask. I do ask my kids who they play with and hang out with...but that doesn't really give me any bullying information. I ask if they know any kids who pick on others then gently move it around to ask if they ever get picked on or if they are sometimes caught up in picking on other kids or teasing them. But do you have any suggestions for specific questions to ask?
