I have never commented on any you tube video, but I had to for this one. I have Windows 7 and I couldnt open anything!!! I already had safari on my computer, and If I went to my norton anti virus and clicked on anything that would connect me to the internet, it would work. I was able to download it that way, and I opened it, and literally ZERO wait time. I didnt think it was going to work, but sure enough I went straight to IE and it opened right up! Thank you for the video!!!

safer way is to download the .exe registry file and place it in the registry editor (regedit) and its fixed that simple..

I scanned my pc with avast and it found 3 infected files. I was able to delete 2 of them, the 3rd was not found or some shit like that... Now, every time I start up my pc and try to open a program, nothing happens. Avast is supposed to run automatically after startup, but it's not. I can't do a thing. I can't listen to music, I can't watch movies or play games. I'm on my laptop now. =(

I have two accounts on my computer, one account got a malware infection which I removed with Malwarebytes but left me unable to open any .exe files on that account. Since I obviously can't access the Internet on that account, I used the other account to download the .exe repair program, but when I ran it, it didn't fix the problem on the other account.

@snapper525 Alright for you! i had this problem but it opened all mine in notepad xD. i think you have opened google chrome in google crome or somthing like that, just search what you wrote there but more simple into youtube...hope this helped!

@nubesensei10 check to see if the file has a COM file extension, like it said on the website. Enable file extensions to be displayed on filenames, then check to see if the filename has the COM file extension. Change it if it's not. Then it should work. Otherwise, I can't help much because I didn't make this program. Sorry.

I was so excited to see this, but it didn't work for me. All the exe files changed to lnk file extensions. I added another problem. When it said it couldn't open it, I thought since I was using an Xp media center program that it might open when I said open with media player. I didn't realize the diff in center and player. Now, nothing can open at all except the internet. I can go to my documents and see files in notebook. Can you help further? Desperate.

man i looked forever to find a working .exee fix that i could understand. i got a fake anti-virus then when i removed it. all my .exe's won't open. it's called XP INTERNET SECURITY 2011. if u do have it look for qoc.exe in the task manager and in ur :C drive. THANK YOU SO MUCH I AM SUBSCRIBING!!!!

@TheHippyhopp Find the actual exe file and open it. You can probably find the location of the file from uTorrent. So just navigate to that location, and open the file there.
