Yerba mate health benefits, new antioxidant tea

I LOVE tea... all kinds of tea... but I have not yet tried yerba mate in a gourd as I've only been able to get organic ym bags thus far. Yerba mate is also good for you when you are not well, off your food or can't take fizzy or sugary stuff like Lucozade (ym is better for you anyway). I love yerba mate in bags... so, it must taste even better in a gourd taken through a bombilla!

@SuperGingernutz if you can get the gourd and the bombilla then you can use the yerba mate that comes in the bags, just open them and pour the yerba in the gourd... it's not quite the same and it's more expensive, but it's good to try :D
