Balance, arms, legs, prep, spotting needs work!!

jusy try and spot. and defenatly work on those arms. and make sure when u prep to glue your front foot to the ground so u can push yourself up in a straight line. if u just follows those steps they will be so easy for you :) good job!

ugh it was great im trying to find a vid with a person tenduing out plie and turn with spotting and this was perfect but it didnt show your feet :(

much better than when you first started! but don't hyperextend your elbows that the end. i do that all the time!
