I'm curious as too who you're talking to. o.o You can see a hurricane, a hurricane has an eye in the middle of it that looks almost like a break in the middle of oceans of clouds. Tornados form over lands, over landlocked states like Oklahoma and Ohio. The MOST 'Super Tornado', which was an E-F5 Tornado that destroyed, completely obliterated Greensburg, Kansas (I mean completely destroyed it, building for building) was in the central US states. Tornados form from thunderstorms. That easy.
