  • wow master :)

  • This shit is insane man wish i can train like dat

  • hey cool that thing he does with the monkey bars from 1:08 to 1:10, i do it in school everyday to train! its actually alot easier to do than it looks, considering i'm just a 13 year old guy of average build without prior training. just start by swinging yourself on pull-up bars and then hanging from them, and finally work on monkey bars...never try anything you're not comfortable with. you will hurt yourself.

  • Dude you are in amazing shape with all these exercises you do please train the American Army with these exercises you are Superhuman

  • That is sweet. I wish i could do 1/10 of the stuff he can do. Nice.

  • How is this not 5 stars?! Incredible man...

  • Anyone who trains with shopping carts is a beast in my book.

  • unreal man, must have trained all your life!!

  • Man, this is real STRENGHT! Congrats to you dude, you rule! This takes hard work and lots of discipline...

  • geez this guys a BEAST

  • i do that i just dont want to

  • Jesus!! Oo

  • what the hell !!!!!

    hulk is asian

  • this guy cool !

  • I think the whole point to what you guys are talking about is TRAINING is the part that actually matters... right?

  • very nice! you just keep going and going and going... must've been training for a long time, keep it up!

    but what's Peace 1?

  • holy...

  • I wanna do that! Screw huge biceps that don't mean anything, what matters is performance

  • This is sweet!

  • woah ur so great ;D

  • great stuff! this is what inspires me. wopuld be great to be able what you do.. but untill that time im just following my own regimen to get as far as I can take myself with bodyweight training. I love it!

    challenge yourself!

  • wow, Jakie Chan is at no comparison to you! I envy you... I want to have the same abilities as yours

  • Excellent strength. I have now realised that weight training is unnatural and totally unecessary even for those who wish to develop world class strength levels. Bodyweight training can take you as far as you want to go as regards muscle size and strength.

  • Both have advantages. You don't have to choose. Why limit yourself to one thing? I love bodyweight exercises and I love weight training. Both make me stronger.

  • Yes they both will make you stronger but bodyweight exercises are more accesible, more readily available and they don't cost any money!

  • for most people it wont give them size for a very long time. it will give you the best weight to strength ratio of any type of exercize though. functional strength too, obviously.

  • You are extremely mistaken there headlisthorseman. For EVERY SINGLE PERSON it will result in size gains that are no less than the size gained from weight training. Maybe you only know of exercises like push ups, pull ups and dips? Try out things like full ROM handstand push ups, one arm chin ups, full bodyweight rows, one arm dips, ballistic dips, ballistic pull ups, side-to-side dips, one arm push ups, pseudo planche push ups etc.

  • did you read the comment? for MOST people it takes a LONG time. it happens eventually. most people dont wake up one morning, decide to get big, and do planche pushups.

also, your opening remark is asinine, as it requires only one counterexample to prove it wrong. go tell that to ronnie coleman, and im sure youll see him doing some one arm push ups for his next mr. olympia routine.

    goon.

  • Maybe it does take a LONG time for many but this is just because of a lack of knowledge of how to smoothly progress with harder variations of exercises. Planche push ups can be worked up to progressively; there doesn't have to be a big jump.

Ring gymnasts are HUGE. Ronnie Coleman is quite ignorant indeed if he doesn't realise this. Resistance is resistance.

  • I really love this vid but I wish it had an audio to it.

  • thats mad he even trains at work

  • i wish i can do those kind of stuff T-T

    i only give up . . . >_<

  • great shit I am wondering how much he weighs solid dude I wish I had a gym and the time to train like that Ill keep Dreaming

  • I can just imagine the first time he probably did any of those exercises; probably couldn't do one . But he didn't give in no matter what. Now look at this guy now. He is definitely, pound for pound one of the elite strongmen on earth. Thank you for the uploads.

  • Nice! Weight machines never inspired me either and this guy shows us how it can be done without machines... good job!! But be careful: this is high level training, kids don't try it at home ;-)

  • Strong fellah.

  • While they have all the new mechines for gaining muscle i still think that you need to stick to the old school somewhat and this guy knows how its done

  • OMFG :) wow nice really impressive stuff in there.

  • Terrific. A welcome antitode to the garbage "bodybuilding" freshman videos that pollute YouTube. While I'm not averse to weight training, it should be complemented by old school strength exercises. This guy is the real deal.

  • Wow! This guy would be incredible at parkour!

  • WOW i only wish i could do that.

  • this is one of the greatest strength videos ive seen. just what i was looking for. incredible

  • I watching your video and i'm gonna start training for peace. :D

  • What the...

    This is real strenght..

  • practice practice practice

  • damn, I tried it and my arms want to fall off! nice work!

  • That is f#*King Awesome.

  • it says "training video" but what the heck are you training for?? To be a monkey?? That's an awesome show of strength though...

  • awesome

  • amazing

  • hes a strong boy thats for sure

  • really impressive stuff in there.

    mad video

  • he's strong

  • All good except his form is all sorts of crap.

  • that is crazy!

  • I am speechless...

  • yet he looks so agile!

  • yo man this dude is workin out everywhere he goes LOL sweet shit =)

  • Very impressive. Thats pretty intense. Lots of workout ideas. What about the alternating pushups between the palms and the back of the hands with the feet raised! Part of this looks like he working out in a B&Q store
