You can be either a vermont resident, or non resident and freely conceal in my state ( Vermont ).

Its still 21 age to carry a handgun, and I believe 16 to carry a long rifle or shotgun.

You can freely have a loaded weapon in your car, concealed also.

I'm seriously considering moving to either Vermont or New Hampshire for more freedom. I really relish the idea of concealed carry without a permit, as I believe all rational human beings should. Does New Hampshire feel the same way?

Our Constitution is a bit more explicit than the USA's 2nd Amendment: "That the people have a right to bear arms for the defence of themselves and the State — and as standing armies in time of peace are dangerous to liberty, they ought not to be kept up; and that the military should be kept under strict subordination to and governed by the civil power." No permit for conceal carry, no state reg., etc.
