theyve made it easier with the ep percentage, you have to sit in a pvp hotzone for 30 minutes with at least 75k at risk to get 25% ep, and the higher it goes, the higher chance you have at getting a good drop. Also, your partner needs to risk 75k when you kill now, opposed to the old 25k. Also, your total level influences the quality of drop you will regularly get.
