This video reminds my of my first salvia expeirence I was watching t.v. watching a comedian an he told me i was gonna die it was scary as hell cause i felt like i was in a bubble and all the air inside was being sucked out I felt heavy stuck to my seat like i was attached with velcro itwas fucked up and my trip seemed to go on forever even though it accually was like 5 minthis is on of the most fucked up drugs ive taken

This man did a PERFECT job of how a sitter should react and what a sitter should say and do if someone starts freaking out a little. great fun. they aren't bad sitters but they should try to be slightly more casual. It makes people more nervous anxious when it seems like everyone is focused on what the tripper is doing and constantly telling them that everything is fine and that they need to calm down. It makes them feel like something isnt right with them and the paranoia just gets worse. also walking around is awesome long as they are chill it can help them stay light.

from my experience the things people say to you after you take a serious hit have little to no effect. keeping the person from walking around is a good idea though. once had a friend take a hit while watching a really freaky movie and he just started laughing because what he perceived had absolutely nothing to do with reality.

Not the most entertaining Salvia trip video.. but definitely the best in terms of support. My first and only time doing Salvia was scary, and I had no sitter.

I question some of the Salvia videos where the tripper is happy because it literally takes you to another dimention and it shocks the hell out of you.

if ur in the right mindset it wont bother u ull just trip.

personally i find it good to get a small group of friends and try n hit at the same time so u can trip off each other it makes for a crazy trip and if u start having a bad one u just walk into ur friends trip.

i know that sounds wierd but its hard to explain...id reccomend 10x for ur first time but ive gone up to 50x and never had a bad experience.
