皆で意識してきっちりと合わせるようにしたらいいと思います。

そこが各自適当なのでバラバラに聴こえます。

あとギターとベースの指の押さえが甘いのか

Drummer needs to make sure that he keeps the beat right. He's really good, but he's a little too passive about his beat-keeping. He shouldn't follow the other members, the other members should follow HIM.
