way too complictated. on my Phillips gogear mix, I simply plug the mp3 player to the usb port, open my music, right click and send the music to the E: drive. uploaded in seconds. I'm not computer saavy so all this shix frurstrates me. I'm sending my sandshix + back to Amazon

plz helpme somebody....i alredy tried all the playlist formats the m3u is the only that my sansa m250 can recognize but when i put to play any playlist that appears "no files" but i am pretty sure that i add files to the play lists.....the files appears in the computer but dont in the snadisk....pl helpme
