clever, but why would you want to skip incinerate!?

For speedrunning. Skipping it saves about 15 seconds in Medical Pavilion, and after Medical Pavilion, Incinerate doesn't really have any further use in a speedrun.

So how do you get to the smugglers hideout? You need Incinerate to melt the ice on a freezer that leads to smugglers.

Shoot it with exploding buck. There's some on one of the corpses on the beams at the top of the room where you knock on Peach's door; if you bring that corpse with you with telekinesis, you can grab the ammo off it as soon as you put your weapons in the pneumo tube.
