The producers of The Mouse and His Child should have asked Pink Floyd to compose and perform the soundtrack, then it would have been perfect. But the one animation film I'm waiting for DVD release is, "The Maxx"!

You havn't seen A Troll in Central Park, dude. It's abou this FLAMING little limp-wrist of a troll who's all kind and frolicy and loves flowers. So all the other trolls hate him. The Queen of Troll Land (I forgot the name banishes him to New York, where no flowers exist or something, where he meets these kids, he makes flowers bloom everywhere and stuff. I can't explain it, though, that's only a quick summary, but you really should go and see it.
Somebody uploaded it on here in 10 parts... but after seeing this video here it makes me wonder how complete the upload is -- is it an upload of the shortered VHS version???
Its a shame American and Canadian cel animation features have pretty much become completely replaced by 3d animation. I can't put my finger on it but somehow 3d lacks a certain charm that traditional animation had.

Originally, the book the Mouse and his Child was taken from was not intended for children.
Itjust got picked up for production and the marketers mistakenly marketed toward kids because it involved animals and toys.
Big mistake.
The book, so author explains, was an allegory for a mathmatical equation and the concept of function and infinity. Go figure.????

I felt the same way about Cartoon All Stars when I was a kid and Coonskin definitely needs to be released soon.

Very well done review, and I must say, that's a real nostalgia trip right there.
The images somehow take me right back to my childhood, and Coonskin takes me back to...well, last year when I saw that very trailer.
It's a shame you don't have as many views as others, but at least you do what you believe in.
Keep it up, you're doing great.
