Good morning, do you like sixties? Listen and pod cast my program " great sound of 60' s " on the site plumfm. Greeting and made blooper in rock and roll.
Salut, vous aimez les sixties ? Ecoutez et podcatez mon émission "le super son des sixties" sur plum fm. Salut et faites gaffe au rock'n roll.
Yeah, this is the one I saw back in the day. I remember that cheesy flame graphic. Now all I need to see is DDDBM&T doing Xanadu with that ridiculous whip on TOTP, and my circle is complete.
@cygnusxl5 Agreed - Carl Wayne was an excellent vocalist (RIP). Now I may be wrong but I dont think Carl is playing guitar in this video. Roy Wood is on guitar and Trevor Burton on bass (Ace Kefford had left by this time). I think Carl may be sat at the piano and can be seen raising his arm. (I think !) Our band backed Carl in his previous band - Carl Wayne and the Vikings - and I saw The Move several times; never saw him play an instrument.
@campyoldie There's A Bit Of A Mix-Up Here. On This Clip Of 'FireBrigade' (fritz51134) You'll See It Is A BEAT CLUB Clip And, Yes, Carl Is On The Right Behind The Keyboard.
On The Aforementioned TOTP 1968 Clip (nyrainbow), As The Camera Pans-Out Near The End @2.33, Carl Is On The Far Left Playing Guitar.
@Sarahfreckle Interesting...I`ve never seen this before and its even pre-Jeff Lynne. That must be Roy Wood on vocals though I hardly recognize him, but do recognize a very young Bev Bevan on drums.

@campyoldie Ah, The Great Carl Wayne, An Underated Performer! I Think The Dual Vocal Set-up Between Him And Roy Wood Worked Very Well.
If You Look At The TOTP 'FireBrigade' (1968) Carl Is Playing Guitar - Did He Play Guitar As Well or Was This Just Done For The Cameras?
