Kendra is a very fair person and a very strong one. That's a rare combination, Trump should be proud to hire such a great individual, 'cause in the business world most people are sharks, walking on dead bodies. To be tough and at the same time remain fair and keep your integrity is something one doesn't find every day.
If you watch carefully the Pontiac task, in the beginning Kendra is the first one to come up with the idea of a CD in the brochure, and then Tana suggests making it round. When you bring a simple idea to the table in a brainstorm meeting, one thing leads to another and you end up improving that idea as a group, make it bigger. It's not as if that was Tana's creativity only, it was a group effort, and Kendra managed it very well, bringing a lot of the energy and enthusiasm to the team.
I don't know why people say Kendra was invisible in the first half - I noticed her in the very first week, I was hoping she'd win all along. Great season.
Kendra is like the 'female Bill' coz they both have a single college degree, and they're both naturally-born enteprenuers. Both are very wise, great all-rounders and series winners of course.
I thought that Bill and Troy should of been the final two of season 1. Bill and Troy did go head2head as PMs though in Task10, which Bill won. Troy was a subordinate for finalist Kwame in the final, he was Ok, but not outstanding.
Tana is like the 'female Troy' coz Troy lacks a college degree like her. They both come from small rural cities in the inner north of the US. They are both charismatic. Tana was unethical how she left Kendra with all the work in task12 and how she treated her team in the final task. Troy also made a few unethical decisions during his time.
Excellent season indeed. Kendra was as star all along, it was a great strategy not being PM for the first weeks. She avoided conflict in times when too many people can point their fingers at a single person. That's how PMs fall by the lot in the beginning of most seasons. And then she came out like a tigress in the end. She glows!
She totally deserved to win.. Tana did so well though, you gotta give her that she held up in all of that. I think she gave way too much trust to her team, I mean she should have proof read that schedule it doesn't take all that long, so there where loose ends in her project essentially. She also doesn't always present a balanced view and will say something positive instead of conveying the facts.

Season 01 and 03 are by far the best Apprentice seasons but S01 is still my favorite and I also think Bill was the best winner of the whole Apprentice show.

The longer this season went on, the more I wanted Kendra to win. She's nice, hard-working and she's really quick-minded and smart when it comes to business.
Of the final 7 contestants, I ended up thinking Kendra, Bren and Angie were really nice and likeable. I also liked Chris and Craig, who both seem really genuine people too.
I had liked Tana and Alex to begin with, but both came across really poorly in the last few episodes.
This was my 1st time watching season 3, so thumbs up if you cheered at home when you saw Kendra win.
I love people like Kendra. Intelligent, cute, full of heart, class, and character. What else can I say but congrats. She's amazing! (But season 1 is still my favorite)
I never knew Kendra existed until later in the series. She did well! Tana was also good although i did think she got the worst players.They should have been allowed to pick their teams! Tobacco guy cried like a baby when he lost, such an idiot!
Basically,if I understand correctly,Chris(streetsmart,$uccessfull) is going to put his money and Kendra (booksmart,real estate) her expertise and they're going to invest in Las Vegas,Mr.Trump,you better watch out!!!
@FrancoRobot Just in my opinion, Kendra and Chris had the most heart and best work ethic than anyone else on Season 3. It only makes perfect sense that they do business together. Season 3 was excellent!

Isn't it interesting how tv magnifies the ugliness of people...Tana, your contradicting "nice girl" and "mean bitch" images confuse everyone, including Trump. How can you make him believe that you are not going to call him names in the future?
I saw this series five year ago and thought the two girls was pretty even. now, having a better grasp of the difference between Tana and Kendra, I would absolutely agree with Trump's choice. There is a big difference between the work ethnic of the two
Good descision...I liked tana and had alot of respect for up until she refered to guys who were working hard for her as idiots and stooges and she couldnt stop.......That infuriated me so much that i wished she didnt get the job....and truly that was her undoing...and that reveals the weakness of street smart without enough education....management of pple. Yeah, I was hoping for that outcome - but was disappointed that @ 1:37 he didn't say Tana you're FIRED before saying Kendra you're HIRED. In prior seasons he always said the runner-up was fired before saying who was hired. Perfect justce would be for her MK underlings to quit & sell Avon, or wait a year and sell MK under a more human director. Likewise for her clients to take their business elsewhere.
I'm most impressed with Kendra's fairness, she was the only person stood up for Danny in the first round, the only person reviewed her own behaviour and apologize to crag in that box task, gaving credits to Tana even she doesn't deserve it (coming up with the idea but not get down to do it doesn really help fool!), and never backstab! S3 is my fav season because of her!
ok.. years have passed now.. can someone tell me any review about bill rancic, kelly and kendra? im thinking bill rancic and kelly are still in the trump organization but how about kendra? what did she do? the season didnt say anything about what she will be doing afterward so i cant really say if its a good choice or no.. unlike the previews season the price at stake was announced-- :)
-Bill still works with Trump, although I think he also owns a company, and has been known to turn himself into a soul-less yes-man self-righteous douche.
-Kelly did his year and stayed with Trump a little more but he has left (maybe after seeing what happened to poor Bill and also the insulting bottled-water job).
-Kendra finished the renovation, and then smartly decided to get the hell away from chauvinist Trump before he hindered her potential.

I think Kendra deserved this. She was pretty anonymous for the first third or so of the series, but once she started taking charge she was in a different class. Tana is a great saleswoman and deserves praise too, but Kendra is just a great all-round businesswoman. Good choice Trump.
I will go off on record that there were a lot of people this season who were a bunch of suckers, including Stephanie, Audrey, Brian, and others, and not a whole lot of people who deserved to be hired.
I agree with everything except Craig...he was too incoherent to be hired IMO. Michael was an idiot but at least he worked for Kendra in the end, without problems.
It was obvious that Kendra won that, and that Trump was going to hire a college grad. I still feel that the first two seasons were the best thus far, however.
Somewhere along the way it became very clear that Kendra was going to win. You can feel Tana's desperation as she tries to rally the audience with hoots, she knew that it was all over for her.
Thanks for uploading the show! I've already seen all the seasons on tv but I can't get enough. Kendra was a clear winner. Can't wait for season 4, which is also great.
