The Sabaeans are from South Arabia, the kingdom of the Sabeans. The Mandeans are different from the Sabeans of Southern Arabia. Their is two terms for Sabeans. Sabean religion is usually applied to the Gnostic Mandeans, well the ethinc term Sabean was applied to a group of South Arabian tribes.

Arabic existed as an old Arabic dialect as early as the proto-Semitic period in Central Arabia and the new dialects were absorbtion of new languages and creolization not evolution

The Aramis (highlanders) dialect absorbed Hurrian words suffix (hun, hin). You find this in any mountain dialect extending from the highlands in South Arabia all along the Western ridge to Anatolia.
The Archaic Arabian/Semitic dialects use (hum, haeem, him) suffix instead of (n). The Quranic Arabic is the mix of Aramean and Archaic Arabian, thats why most linguists can not find a clear origin of Arabic.

Arameans existed in every part of the Near East. The Sabaeans mentioned Aramis in the mountain region. The highlanders used a diff dialect that the Nomads.
In Syria the Safiatic dialect were closer to the Minean of South Arabia, because both were pure Archaic West Arabian/Semitic dialects.

The Quran has a very big influence of the Aramiac Arabian dialect.

Most the bible/Quran stroies are a mix of the 1500years accumilation of Mesopotamian legends, mixed with the Judean folkore of their wandering, recent past in Egypt (Moses/Sargon) and the vague memory of their Amorite old kingdom in Babylon (Abraham).
