First, thats NOT lil Wayne, that is from a school the dude that DID rap on this is NYLES from NY.
Second, its simply a decent loop of the actual song. 3rd read you tube's liscensing agreement. There is no copyright issue with reposting this as it is already on YouTube.

wow. wtf was the point of putting a 5:00 video called let the beat build instrumental, when all there is is a download link in the description. why didnt you name it let the beat build download link or something and have maybe a 10 sec video with just the download link in the video. Fucking retarted. I would take this vid down if I were you.
