Yes she totally is. Not only does the game put great emphasis on Eliwood and Ninian's relationship, but once Eliwood and Ninian have an A support together you get a special ending stating that they had a child named Roy together.

in Japan only Fire Emblem 7 is 6 and Fire Emblem 6 is 7 " i changed the number XD" Fire Emblem 7 is a Prequel of Binding Blade but i finish the Fire Emblem Blazing Sword and the sequel is Binding Blade in north america but dint came out i still waiting for that game "Fire Emblem Binding Blade IS the second chapter from Fire Emblem Blazing Sword "remember Athos prediction Bern will be rise once more... kind of. if you kill that guy with the magic seal power (forgot his name. wears a red cloak) then at the end some dialougue may be diffrent and when it says FIN there will also be a picture instead of just a black scree.

...No, Nergal isn't a dragon. But he is Ninians dad. He and Aenir(an Ice Dragon) sired them before the Scouring.
Heck, the main reason he wanted power was so he could open the door for his children, and perhaps resurrect his wife. He just lost track of it due to the corruption dark magic/quintessence has on your soul.

it makes more since that Hector marries Lyn cause lilina looks a little like Lyn but Eliwood and Ninian being an ice dragon just doesnt make sense to me cause then Roy would be half dragon right?

Yes she totally is. Not only does the game put great emphasis on Eliwood and Ninian's relationship, but once Eliwood and Ninian have an A support together you get a special ending stating that they had a child named Roy together.

Well the same happens with a A support with Fiora and you are supposed to give their first child name and it becomes Roy
It all depends on which ending you like, if you dont have a A support at all with Eliwood, Roy would not have come to birth
