A thick Russian accent in English sounds for me quite better than any native English accent I've ever heard. I even feel tempted to incorporate those epic rolled r's into my accent of choice in English.
I like how you say "I words like 'ting' it will sound like 'sing'" But you aren't even pronouncing thing right in the first place. I'm not criticizing I just think it's funny.

Damn man... your voice is so soothing. I'm tryin to learn Russian myself.. I'm still very basic but I read better than I listen and understand. Great video.
4:17 - 4:27 "you can ask your friends and they will always confirm that I actually speak in Russian, it's not a learnt language, I speak it since childhood"... I never doubted you))... ведь я так привык к твоему акценту)))) и сильно скучаю, тут не с кем говорить на русском!!!!
I think I've pretty much mastered mine (Pffffft-- hahaha doubtful) but the only thing I really have a tough time on is H enunciation. I'm usually extremely soft spoken so it's like ACCENT Y U SO HARD xD I'm gonna have to get it down soon though If I want to get started on German in the next few years as well.
@TheCockyCunts Actually English is considered one of the hardest languages to learn, especially since English words are constantly evolving and the sentence structure is considerably different from other languages.
@Ohheywhatisup nah, english is the easiest language i've ever known. Even easier than spanish. Once you found out how to pronounce the TH and the american R, the rest is very simple.
@Ohheywhatisup hum, i'm not sure. There is almost no tense, only past and present. What I found difficult to understand was the use of up, down, off, on, out, over etc. In french ou have a word for everything. You don't need to say "take off", "get in", "make out".
I think that what makes english both easy and complicate, is the fact that there is not a lot of vocabulary to remember ; everything works with combination.
@nos0323 i think the russian alphabet is easier than learning english, because almost everything sounds just like it looks. it is not such a difficult language. you start to speak it, and the grammar can be scary- but do not worry! speak it with others, and they will correct your grammar subconsciously and pretty soon you will catch up with just the basics! speak it every day with someone! you will be fine.
@dregaus I dont have anyone to speak it with though, no one in my area (hawaii) speaks or knows russian ;___; but thanks I think i will try to learn it though :)
@TheCockyCunts are you kidding me????? 1) just cause i like your accent doesn't mean i want you. 2) just cause you say i'm hot doesnt make me all giddy and stupid. 3)you know nothing about me. 4) I know NOTHING about you. 5) I'm not a lil whore then will go to anyone or a naive girl that will fall for a lil flattery. 6) "wow u sexy bb. lets meet?" is a horrid pick up line. 7) BECAUSE I SAY NO! don't question a girl if she says no. I doubt you'd like to hear what she has to say.
@TheCockyCunts This video is very helpful more so than others. can you talk a little about O's and U's and L's like building, population, bought, pillow..Thanks in advance
im pritty good at a Russian accent some one told be to do somthing with the "thing" i was saying it right but he said it was wrong i know i was right the hole time

I love you. First time I've heard a real russian explain the accent! My family is rusdian and it irritates me when people improperly use it then try to teach it. Spacibo!!!
may I just stalk you to listen to you speak? jkjk! I seriously love your accent! Iz very interesting to hear you speak. I couldnt copy your accent to save my life! good video!
Oh, chez, I thought you were Russian! Weird. Whatever, I think the Russian accent is beautiful. I just learned something today about another accent besides English.x3
I'm Russian as well but I've lost my accent since about my first year back from Russia. I now have kind of a Brooklyn accent, but I'm trying to re-learn my Russian accent.
I'm trying really hard to learn how to speak with a Russian accent and it's actually pretty hard. I'm Canadian and "apparently" I can't even do my own accent right lol xD This is pretty helpful, but what I'm wondering a lot is how you pronounce "V" and "W" because I've heard many Russian people speak and they honestly say them differently from eachother lol If you could help me out, that would be really helpful :)
@xTsukiTsuki Theres a few Russian Accents believe me.Stereotypical which sounds like in video , also we have "Very" Russian accent , which is used by people that live in Russia and never been abroad. Theres also mild russian accent which sounds "more" american and english.
i do find it helpful that i can speak broken german . not giant vocabulary. small actually. also can do australian ( flawless) british ... mexican gangster in slang.

your accent is okay, but you don't have enough soft sounds, my parants are really good at it. Russian is my first language, i speak it fluently, without an accent, but i can't make a good russian accent in English. I've lived here since i was 6. i should make a video of my parents talking or something. I really love your accent though, the normal one, when your not trying to sound Russian.
Hey, I love this video :) It really helped a lot! But I have a question. I'm in a play and I have to be a Russian woman, I have a line that I need you to help me pronounce.
- You Americans. The word "gun"
-Yes, really. I am a fashion consultant.
-I am always at my best when I have a fever. When I have a raging fever, I am very dynamic.
-In Russia, the simplest peasant would find fifty adjectives to describe you-many of them pleasantly suggestive. He is a lout! - your Bill! Oh! My turbra!
Understand that our video was mostly made for Americans just showing the very basics of the accent. I've never been to Russia so I don't know the very specifics of the accent, just the basic sound of it that you hear in TV, etc. But you definitely did have some good tips about the accent; I will use them in our later videos.
Ok, I know people from Russia and Ukraine. That is exactly how they sound when they try to speak English. I am trying to study Russian (or русский язык) and I have been told my pronunciation is not that great. I am hoping that I can develop your accent so I sound more like a native when I speak Russian.

but how you pronounced "ha"in"manhattan"didn't sound like "а"
why?was it э? I I think you failed at some other parts too.
like you pronounced "cut" like "кут". but according to your information, it should be кат.
I'm asking this because I want to learn to speak пёрфект russian accent.
