They also had a frog that kicked its legs! I caught a lot of large bass with the frog. But the legs finally wore out and broke off. The mechanism still worked. Just the legs couldn't take the beating from the fish. Lol.

when I was a kid in the early-mid 90s my buddy and I were the only ones on our lake throwin the flying lure...the bass trusted it cuz they hadn't seen one before and we used to crank em in like it was our job...I used it most often like a jitterbug on the top...he actually casted off the dock once, walked away and when he came back, there was a 5 pounder on the other end
I had those stupid powerpak shads. Never caught anything with them.
