I was introduced to Howard in the town of Eau Claire, Wisconsin. I could hear his blues music all the way from Carson Park. He was playing in the campus square. I continue to follow him to Chippewa, the Stones Throw for the 2001 New Year's Bash, and even BBC Turk's in Holcombe. Can't get enough of Howard.
If I remember right it was done for free.
