What you fail to SEE is that the word "illegal" essentially means "undocumented." Entry into a country where one is NOT recognized as a LEGAL citizen. 9/15/08: Cape Cod: Salvadoran child molestor arrested.The family of accused child molester Francisco Quijada posted $15,000 bail today, but he remains in custody by order of ICE. Quijada, 32, was charged last week with child enticement and three counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14. He is accused of taking a 9-year-old girl with special needs from Winter Park on Essex Road and sexually assaulting her in his car and at his home on Hummock Pond Road.

SAN DIEGO -- A convicted sex offender was arrested early on Sunday as he and four other illegal immigrants tried to cross into the United States, according to the Border Patrol.
Agents said the arrests were made at about 2:45 a.m. in the Dulzura area of San Diego County's backcountry.
Armando Sugia-Meceda, 29, was deported in 2006 after serving a three-year prison sentence in Utah, officials said. He will now face criminal prosecution for his alleged attempt to re-enter the county.

9/14/08:PICAYUNE — A report of two illegal alien males attempting to purchase a 16 yr.old girl from a group of teenagers lead to their arrest.
Pearl River County Sheriffs Department got a call that 2 males, identified as Jose Juan Trejo-Hernandez & Estaban Torres Hidalgo, were trying to buy a female juvenile.
The men pulled up & offered the teens $6,000 for a 16 yr.old girl in the group. When the they refused, the driver of the vehicle, Trejo-Hernandez, pulled a handgun at the group.

He forced a young woman to have sex last year.Washington County District Attorney Kevin Kortright said DeLaCruz likely faces 6 yrs in state prison & 20 yrs on parole when sentenced by Washington County Judge Kelly McKeighan. He also faces immigration proceedings.

9/13/08: Delaware:Victor Gonzalez Ferreira, 23, an illegal alien from Mexico, faces deportation after being convicted of raping a 15-year-old Felton girl.Gonzales-Ferreira was arrested by state police on 10 counts of fourth-degree rape &ordered to have no contact with the teen.
The investigation began after Planned Parenthood in Dover alerted police that the victim was pregnant and the father was 23.

A Mexican man convicted of being a member of a smuggling and prostitution ring was sentenced Wednesday in Miami federal court to 15 years in prison.
Juan Luis Cadena-Sosa was sentenced for conspiring to smuggle Mexican women and girls into the United States and forcing them to engage in prostitution.
Cadena-Sosa was among 15 defendants charged in 1998 with human trafficking. He remained a fugitive until he was extradited from Mexico to the United States in late 2007.

A Wayne County grand jury has indicted Juan Martinez of Sodus on charges of second-degree murder and felony assault.
Martinez is accused of beating his girlfriend, who was 26-weeks pregnant, so badly that she was taken to the hospital and gave birth. They baby lived for just over an hour.
The Wayne County Medical Examiner ruled the baby's death a homicide. Martinez is an illegal immigrant from Mexico.

ST. CLAIR TWP — Ramon S. Padilla,18, an illegal alien, was charged by Butler County sheriff' deputies for allegedly having sex with 13yr. old girl who was found naked in the trunk of his car. Padilla, was arrested on charges of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, criminal trespass, for apparently having sex with a 13-year-old Hamilton girl in a vehicle parked in St. Clair Twp., according to the sheriff's office.

A 19 year old admits to sexually assaulting a minor. The confession came after a Sheriff's patrol unit responded to a call from a family business along Mines Road.
After an extensive interview, Eqequiel Moreno Martinez provided a written confession to sexual assault.
The female victim was taken to Doctors Hospital for examination, and Martinez is being held at the Webb County Jail on a $150,000 bond. Martinez, an illegal immigrant, also has an immigration hold placed on him.

Carlos Diaz-Galvan,24, beat & stabbed his pregnant girlfriend, leaving the woman and the unborn child with near-fatal injuries. He's with 4 counts of assault.Diaz-Galvin had been drinking when he got into a fight with his girlfriend, Hortencia Salas, reveal court documents. Diaz-Galvin shoved Salas down a flight of stairs & stabbed her in the stomach when neighbors tried to help her leave the home. He's being held and has "immigration issues".

He pleaded guilty to the Class X felony.Ramirez, had been staying with the family in their Hoffman Estates home for about 4 mo's when the girl's mother walked into a bedroom and found Ramirez with her crying daughter's diaper.

A suspected illegal immigrant was arrested by Maricopa County Sheriff's deputies on Sunday after he allegedly sexually abused a 12-year-old girl.
Deputies said Jesus Martinez, 24, was found with the girl by her mother.
Martinez admitted to sexually abusing the girl. The victim said she tried to leave several times by telling the suspect she was too young for him.
Martinez will face five counts of child molestation and sexual abuse.

OCALA,FL =Ricardo Amaya,25, an illegal alien,was charged with sexual battery on a child after he molested a 6yr.old girl, according to the Sheriff's Office. The girl told investigators that Amaya put her on a bed, pull her pants down and molested her. When she tried to scream Amaya covered her mouth.The girl told her mother, who then called deputies. Amaya was brought to the Sheriff's Office for an interview. He declined to say anything.
How many more victims? Deport them all.

JOLIET -- A Naperville man awaiting trial on charges of sexually assaulting two pre-teenage children now also faces deportation proceedings.
Suk K. Graham, 53, a Korean immigrant was ordered held w/o bond in Will County Jail. He had previously been free on $100,000 bail.
ICE officials have placed an immigration hold on Graham, ICE public affairs spokeswoman Gail Montenegro confirmed Thursday. He is faced with deportation to his native South Korea.

Alex Fullbright, 9, was in her yard Monday morning when she says 36 year old Olivar Roblero grabbed her. "He said I was his love and he was going to get me one way or another," Alex Fullbright says. The child's mother says it's not the first time he's made threatening comments. Angela Fullbright says Roblero, who lived nearby, had previously asked her how much he could "buy" the girl for.
