Results after Weight Loss Surgery

You do look amazing, but couldn't the same results have been achieved through diet and exercise??? I was 270 lbs and after two months of eating healthily and regularly exercising i am down to 238lbs. Surgery seems such an extreme method of weight loss when the same results can be achieved with a little determination.

Wow! You look awesome! I just had surgery on Feb 3rd. My PreOp weight was 249.5 and PostOp weight was 262. I am already in 5 days since surgery down 25 pounds from my PostOp weight. Yeah! You inspire me!
