u know how hadouken is Down to Forward Punch? well, shoryuken is Forward, Down to In between Forward and Down Punch. it kind of helps to zigzag your thumb across the D-pad/the joystick. the super is Hadouken motion but with two punches. only akuma and ken can do the triple shoryuken special. Ryu has a shin-shoryuken, but you need 3 bars, and you need to be close + you do it like a regular shoryuken but with both punches.

I think it's called Hyper Combo Delayed,but during the time you perform the charters hyper combo move, you enter the move for the next, and the next one:

Quarter Forward+2 Ps, Quarter Forward + 2Ks Quarter Forward+2 Ps, whatever hyper combo you wanna intiate, you get it? :D

I managed to track it down for only 20 quid, only to find out it's one of those blue PS2 discs. My PS2 won't play the blue discs. I was not happy.

The xbox and the ps2 version are the same, The original system is the dreamcast, no other system has recreated marvel the way that it was originally.

The dreamcast version of mvc2 is the only console perfect port. The ps2 and xbox versions both had lag, and other problems that the arcade/dreamcast port did not have. The dreamcast/arcade version is what they are basing the ps3/xbox360 version off of, which is how it should be.

you have to go to the Secret Factor mode and purchase the new characters, levels, and costumes.

you'll notice that after you complete score attack mode or arcade mode, you'll be given a total of points. you have to use those points to purchase the unlockables.

I'm good with him. I use his spinning punch into a Final Atomic Buster. It hits every time. Even though his metal form is slow and he can't guard It still gives him a huge advantage over the opposition. I guess it depends on the kind of player you are. Zangief is only good at close range, any shooter can pick him apart easily. I mostly use him as a tank destroyer, for example Hulk, Juggernaut, Sentinel...etc.

Just pay attention to which character is next up for a tag. At the start of the vid you can see that Ken is first, then Akuma, followed by Ryu. So if I wanted to link moves I'd do Ken's first, then Akuma's, followed by Ryu's. Get it? It doesn't tag according to the special you do, but the order of the characters you have and the maneuver you do.

ok one more time, it's a little bit clearer, so what i have to do is, the first special ken let's say, which is quarter forward (directional ) + PP, than I just do akuma's special? quarter forward(directional) + KK? and he'll just switch off with ken automatically? Or do i have to do ken's special, and at the exact moment press LP + LK to switch characters AND than do the akuma special manually? haha, doing this in words is complicated sorry.

You're correct. If you perform Akuma's special during Ken's, he'll switch off with Ken automatically. You don't have to press LP+LK to switch characters. This works with everyone in the game.

The Dreamcast Version should be the most expensive. Buy that if you get the chance. It is the only arcade perfect version, and the only one that is played at EVO. If you want to learn (or already know) Mag's ROM infinite, the timing is off on PS2 and X-Box

While doing Ken's special I did Akuma's special. That automatically tagged in Akuma. While Akuma's doing his special I did Ryu's special which tagged Ryu in. It's hard for me to put into words. I hope that was clearer than the previous explanation.

Doing the special manually will automatically tag in the next character causing them to do their move. You just have to do it mid-move.
