@toda9008 If you're going to Africa learning French and maybe Portuguese (depending on where you're going) would be far more useful then learning one of the hundreds of tribal languages which you will forget later anyway. Important in learning a new language is that you're motivated to learn that specific language.

Important to keep in mind is that the muggers in Lagos (and elsewhere in Sub-Saharan Africa) are not racists - They'll mug you no matter whether you are black or white!

I absoulutely love this movie. Me and my lil sister used to watch this movie over and over. One day I hope to go to Africa and meet the ppl of african heritage. I would like to visit the home of my ancestors. I'm black and i've been realizing that as African Americans we have no real heritage in the US. Like some other cultures. When i get out of college Imma visit the homeland of my ancestors and imma have a smile so big. Cuz i'll truly be home eventhough my african roots have been diluted. :)
